Job Title: Program PMO Analyst / Project Controls Analyst

Job Type: 6-month Part-time Contract

Location: 100% remote

Hours: Approx. 20 hours/week once ramped up

Pay Rate:$38/hr T4 OR $45.00/ hour Inc.



Overview:

Our client is seeking a Program PMO Analyst / Project Controls Analyst to support a large, multi-year IT infrastructure integration program involving the merger of three companies. This role will act as the centralized coordination point between client-facing PMs, finance, service operations, and delivery teams, owning the integrated view of schedule, resource forecasting, and financial reporting across the program.


This is a highly analytical and operationally focused PMO role suited for candidates with strong project controls, financial forecasting, reporting, and integrated planning experience within large enterprise IT transformation programs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage integrated master project schedules across multiple workstreams
  • Consolidate and normalize project plans into centralized reporting views
  • Track milestones, dependencies, RAID items, and critical path activities
  • Build and maintain resource forecasts aligned to program delivery plans
  • Reconcile actual resource utilization against forecasted allocation
  • Manage program financial forecasting, revenue tracking, and variance analysis
  • Support billing validation, invoice reconciliation, and financial governance
  • Prepare executive-level dashboards, reports, and steering committee material
  • Coordinate closely with Insight PMs, finance teams, and delivery leads
  • Ensure consistency between operational, financial, and client-facing reporting


Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in PMO, Project Controls, Program Financial Management, or similar
  • Experience supporting large-scale, multi-workstream IT programs
  • Strong MS Project experience
  • Advanced Excel skills (forecasting, modeling, variance analysis)
  • Experience working with billing structures, SOWs, rate cards, and financial reporting
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience supporting centralized PMO functions within enterprise transformation programs


Preferred / Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Jira, Clarity, Planview, or ServiceNow considered an asset
  • Experience supporting infrastructure transformation or integration programs
