As a Project Scheduler, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of complex infrastructure and multidisciplinary projects. You will work closely with project managers and technical teams to develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules that drive performance, transparency, and informed decisionmaking.

Your Impact
  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules across all phases of project delivery.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and project controls teams to align schedules with scope, cost, and risk.
  • Monitor project progress, identify schedule variances, and support the development of mitigation and recovery plans.
  • Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and progress updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support baseline development, change management, and forecasting activities.
  • Apply scheduling best practices to support consistent project controls across portfolios.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling processes, tools, and standards.

The Skills That Set You Apart
  • Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Approximately 4-7 years of experience in project scheduling or project controls within engineering, construction, or infrastructure environments.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong understanding of critical path methodology (CPM) and schedule risk concepts.
  • Experience supporting multidisciplinary or largescale projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse project teams.

Compensation:
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 - $118,900
MB & ON: $81,900 - $112,800 
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $81,100 - $107,700
