The Senior Manager - Content Management System is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and optimization of the organization's AEM/Contentful platforms and related Adobe Experience Cloud technologies. This role will oversee AEM architecture, content management, integration, and delivery of digital experiences across web and mobile channels. The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, design, IT, and product teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions.

Leadership & Strategy
ย  ย Lead a team of AEM/Contentful developers, architects, and content authors to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.
ย  ย Define the AEM roadmap aligned with organizational digital transformation goals.
ย  ย Drive governance and best practices around content management, component design, and digital asset usage.
ย  ย Serve as the AEM platform owner, ensuring uptime, scalability, and continuous improvement.
Technical & Platform Management
ย  ย Oversee AEM architecture, configuration, and integrations with other Adobe tools (Analytics, Target, Campaign, DAM, Workfront, etc.).
ย  ย Guide the design and implementation of reusable AEM Core components, templates, workflows, and services.
ย  ย Ensure adherence to coding standards, accessibility, SEO, and performance optimization.
ย  ย Manage deployments, upgrades, and migration efforts across environments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
ย  ย Partner with marketing and creative teams to translate business requirements into scalable AEM solutions.
ย  ย Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams for infrastructure, security, and CI/CD pipeline management.
ย  ย Coordinate with analytics teams to enable data-driven personalization and performance measurement.
Vendor & Project Management
ย  ย Manage relationships with Adobe and third-party implementation partners.
ย  ย Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for AEM initiatives.
ย  ย Ensure compliance with licensing, data privacy, and security standards.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:


ย  ย Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Digital Marketing, or related field.
ย  ย 8-12+ years of experience in web content management or digital experience platforms.
ย  ย Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x or AEM as a Cloud Service).
ย  ย Proven experience managing or leading technical teams.
ย  ย Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem (Target, Analytics, Campaign, Audience Manager, etc.).
ย  ย Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise-level digital platforms and integrations.
ย  ย Proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, Sightly/HTL, and Front-End frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
ย  ย Experience with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, Cloud Manager, AWS/Azure.
ย  ย Understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and headless CMS architecture.
ย  ย Knowledge of web performance optimization, accessibility standards, and SEO best practices.
ย  ย Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
ย  ย Excellent communication and presentation skills.
ย  Strategic thinker with attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset
ย  ย Adobe Certified Expert - AEM Sites Architect / Developer / Business Practitioner.
ย  ย Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master) certification is a plus
