What is the opportunity?

As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop and support the "Software Distribution (SFD) Project for Windows Hub

  • Deep understanding of Windows Intelligent Hub and its interactions with UEM

  • Deep understanding of the Windows Registry

  • Deep understanding of OMA-DM, CSPs, GPOs, and ADMX

  • Deep understanding of Windows software deployment lifecycle

  • Proficiency in the Omnissa SDLC and the .NET framework in C#

  • Collaborating with product management, other teams and other engineers to identify end-user requirements and specifications for the SFD product

  • Create designs, including algorithms and data flow to create new software programs and systems

  • Producing efficient and effective code based on requirements

  • Deploying and testing programs and applications, including the SFD application, for Omnissa

  • Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining and improving existing SFD software

  • Assisting with customer escalations to resolve all reported issues

What will you bring to Omnissa?

  • At least 5-7 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in technical leadership

  • Proficient hands-on coding skills (Java or similar language)

  • 5+ years working with customer facing SaaS Services

  • 5+ years working with a hyperscale (Azure, AWS, GCP etc.) infrastructure at global scale

The typical base salary for this role is between $200,000- $253,650 CAD per yearandit may be eligible for participation in a corporate bonus program. Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors.
