We have a Full-time opportunity in Saginaw, MI for a Therapy Program Manager (TPM) - PTA or COTA Preferred. 

*** Must be a licensed OTR in Michigan.  

Active state license is required with experience in managing a therapy team in a nursing facility preferred.
