Flynn Canada Ltd, is searching for a Service Account Manager to join our Lethbridge team! The position of 'Service Account Manager' is a skilled role, in which the Account Manager focuses on growing the Service business through building and maintaining relationships. This position is also responsible at times for estimating the cost to supply products and services in order to complete the repairs needed. This position works closely with the service manager in order to keep up to date with the department workload, customer leads and communication within the team.  As this role is dedicated to Service operations you will be required to respond to multiple requests and prioritize accordingly.
 
A Day in the Life
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to grow the roofing service business.
- Collaborate with local and national teams to support client needs and promote Flynn's brand.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and offer tailored service
solutions.
- Follow up on quotes, tenders, and service opportunities to ensure client satisfaction.
- Represent Flynn at industry events and client meetings.
- Support marketing efforts through strategic initiatives and social media engagement.
- Prepare accurate takeoffs, estimates, and work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver virtual presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute to business development and support corporate initiatives.

- Experience in a construction environment; Service Roofing or Sales experience is considered
an asset.
