Your role at Baxter
This is a unique opportunity to shape a firstofitskind role embedded at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), one of Baxter's most important longterm digital health partners. Baxter and MUSC are well into their first year of an eight-year renewable contract that includes a growing portfolio of health care products and digital solutions. This role offers the chance to build something foundational, influence enterprise level strategy, and collaborate with the Baxter MUSC Program Manager and Customer Success Manager to become the trusted voice of the customer within Baxter. This is an onsite position based at MUSC in Charleston, South Carolina.

Provide oversight of system integration, data migration, and configuration activities, escalating technical issues as needed.
Monitor postlaunch performance, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize utilization and outcomes.
Deliver clear, datadriven updates and recommendations to internal and customer executive sponsors.
What you'll bring
Deep expertise in healthcare IT, including clinical systems, electronic health record (EHR) workflows, and data integration standards such as Health Level Seven (HL7) and Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR).
Demonstrated ability to lead large, crossfunctional teams and influence Csuite stakeholders in a healthcare environment.
Strong strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to balance tactical execution and longrange program planning.
Proven success navigating ambiguity, resolving escalated issues, and managing competing priorities.
Executivelevel communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and nontechnical audiences.
