This position is responsible for managing all operations of the restaurant and lounge areas, ensuring compliance with established standards, optimizing revenue, and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction. The Aaltos Manager is also accountable for staffing, training, scheduling, inventory control, and cost management within those departments.Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and maximize revenue opportunities in Aaltos and Playmakers Gaming Lounge.

Create action plans to achieve financial results for both revenue centersOversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness, including inventory control, managing labor costs and other cost managementThis is a hands-on working management position, and the Manager is expected to work in the venues regularly, specifically during special events and peak periodsApprove and monitor schedules for both departmentsRecruit, hire, and train staffManage online reputation scores and report them monthly.
