You will help the management team, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You’ll also help team members through performance and training initiatives. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service will keep customers coming back for more. To qualify for this Shift Manager, the-road-to-success-is-paved-with-meats job, you: 

  • Have at least six months of restaurant or retail management experience. 
  • Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service. 
  • At least 18 years of age.
