Job description

The Director, Enterprise Transformation and Program Management, reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, Enterprise Modernization, will be accountable for facilitating the effective and timely execution and achievement of objectives/results for strategic enterprise programs/initiatives related to the growth and development of the Company, and will work closely with our senior leadership and executives.Ā 
Specific Duties of the role include:Ā 

  • Contribute to the achievement of strategic enterprise objectives through establishing, communicating, and executing a transformation and program vision that considers key enterprise components (e.g. business capabilities, value streams, org structures, operating model, governance, processes, systems, and data) and how they best fit together to achieve the strategic objectives.Ā 
  • Lead large, complex programs that require specialized discipline, expertise, and execution, and have strategic enterprise importance.Ā 
  • Collaborate within a matrix environment to define and manage the portfolio of programs and projects aligned with the organization's strategic priorities as determined through strategic, financial and business planning.Ā 
  • Establish overall program and execution plans, and ensure that interdependencies are identified and prioritized, and all accountable teams and individuals understand the plan(s) and have clarity about ownership and handoffs.Ā 
  • Develop key relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders, and collaborate to ensure programs and plans support the achievement of the strategic vision and identified benefits.Ā 
  • Establish, and adhere to, appropriate governance processes to ensure strategic alignment, continued momentum, and timely decision-making.Ā 
    Highlight program and transformation related risks and issues, support solution development, and track mitigation actions.Ā 
  • Communicate to all levels of the organization, and across the full organization to ensure buy-in and alignment on the shared vision, and to keep efforts coordinated and prioritized.Ā 
  • Report to the senior management on program/initiative OKRs and metrics including progress, milestones, and risks.Ā 
  • Regularly keep up to date on emerging developments in enterprise transformation, program management, organizational design, and change management, to ensure the Company's policies and processes, continue to reflect best practices.Ā 

Additional Duties:Ā 

  • Accountable for facilitating the effective and timely execution and achievement of objectives/results for strategic programs/initiatives.Ā 
  • Work closely with senior leadership and executive to develop the strategies for the initiatives.Ā 
  • Accountable for developing the overall program and execution plans; identifying and prioritizing the interdependencies; and ensuring the right functions, teams and individuals are engaged, understand the plan(s), and have clarity about their accountability and role.Ā 
  • Accountable for ensuring strategic alignment, continued momentum, and timely issue resolution and decision-making in relation to the initiative.Ā 
  • Work with senior management to ensure buy-in and alignment on the shared vision across the full organization to keep efforts coordinated and prioritized.Ā 
  • Provide direction and guidance to project managers and business leads/SMEs assigned to the program/initiativeĀ 
  • Identify risks and issues, supports solution development, and tracks mitigation actions.Ā 
  • Prepare senior management and board facing reports detailing initiative progress, status, KPI's, issues, risks, etc.Ā 
  • Facilitate the governance associated with the initiative.Ā 
  • Act as the central point of contact with related external providers, where required.Ā 
  • Accountable for ensuring program deadlines, objectives, and applicable budget(s) are achieved.Ā
