20% - Maintain regular office hours and serve as a customer service representative. 
20% - Maintain databases (waivers, equipment, practices, events, report card, etc.).
20% - Enforce all policies and procedures.
15% - Assist in all Sport Club Program initiatives, including club training sessions and meetings.
10% - Responding to emergency situations.
5% - Attend all mandatory staff training sessions and staff meetings.
5% - Implementation of Inventory Procedures.
5% - Provide home event coverage as needed (games, seminars, tournaments, etc.).
 ,The Sport Club Program Manager serves as a key student leadership position within the Sport Club Program. This role supports the daily administration and operation of sport clubs by assisting with club compliance, risk management, event support, customer service, database management, policy enforcement, and program-wide communications, including weekly club updates, event notifications, athletic training coordination, website content recommendations, and social media. The position develops and distributes timely information, promotes sport club activities and achievements, and enhances the visibility and impact of KU Sport Clubs. Program Managers act as a liaison between club officers and professional staff while helping ensure a positive, safe, and successful experience for all sport club participants.
