This role serves as a strategic leader responsible for driving high-impact marketing programs, executive initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration across the State Market. Partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and business leaders, the position translates business priorities into actionable plans through program management, executive reporting, performance analytics, budget oversight, and marketing governance. The ideal candidate brings deep experience leading complex initiatives, influencing senior stakeholders, and leveraging data and insights to improve operational effectiveness and business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a portfolio of strategic marketing programs, executive events, and cross-functional initiatives supporting the State Market.
  • Drive cross-functional planning and execution across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Corporate Marketing, and business units.
  • Operationalize State Market marketing priorities through program planning, budget management, executive reporting, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Develop executive dashboards, presentations, and performance reporting using Power BI and other business intelligence tools.
  • Drive campaign coordination, communication planning, and marketing governance across multiple teams and business units.
  • Manage executive communications, including recurring leadership updates and internal newsletters.
  • Use a consultative approach to identify opportunities and offer guidance on best practices to improve marketing operations, collaboration, reporting, and program effectiveness across the organization.
Qualifications
