Job description

The Analyst will support the Program Management team with the development, implementation and ongoing operations of Affordability programs. The Analyst will perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Program Management team, identify issues and set priorities to support Program Management on departmental initiatives. Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis. 


  • Resolve, organize and prioritize escalations/issues daily, through troubleshooting and coordinating other internal departments
  • Coordinates activities and communicates status to Program Management, through updating program documentation and coordinating with other internal departments
  • Performs various testing and quality controls, through monitoring of reporting, IVR, text, and/or websites
  • Assist in creating meeting minutes and creating meeting agendas through working with program managers and taking detailed notes during internal and external client meetings
  • Creates and updates financial tracking document with invoice status, through utilizing internal reports from finance
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelors; business, marketing, or communications preferred or equivalent experience
