It combines strategic oversight with hands-on technical and program management expertise, working closely with architecture teams across Enterprise Architecture, Cloud, Platform, Data & AI, Application, and Network domains.
The Program Manager also partners with key IT functions โ€” including Capital Projects, Operational Technology, Infrastructure & Operations, Product, and Cybersecurity โ€” to ensure cohesive delivery aligned with business goals. A critical focus of the role is developing executive dashboards and performance metrics to assess employee bandwidth, optimize resource allocation, and provide visibility into project health. The consultant will support leadership in driving operational efficiency and long-term strategic planning.
