The Senior Manager, Program Management, leads the execution of multiple business initiatives by developing and communicating strategic plans, removing obstacles, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role oversees cross-functional teams, drives process improvements, and evaluates program performance to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The position fosters associate development through coaching and mentoring while promoting adherence to company policies and ethical standards. Collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders, the Senior Manager ensures informed decision-making and continuous advancement of program objectives to deliver measurable business results.

The Senior Manager leads a dedicated team to ensure seamless meeting and workplace activations across key campus locations. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, the team combines operational excellence and leadership to enhance how associates gather and collaborate. What you'll do:

• Lead execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
• Develop and communicate clear business plans, establish performance standards, and measure progress to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities to associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Partner with senior leaders to define goals, assess risks, and drive informed decision-making across programs.
• Oversee program management process improvements, ensuring alignment with company strategy and gaining leadership approval.
• Analyze program performance using key metrics and recommend adjustments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
