Who We Are Summary/Objective

We are seeking a strategic, resultsโ€‘driven Program Manager to lead and scale our technology project management function across the organization. This leadership role is instrumental in shaping and executing the delivery of internal technology transformation projects that support organizational priorities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technology program management, delivering complex enterprise technology projects, driving crossโ€‘functional stakeholder alignment, and establishing project governance in fastโ€‘paced technology environments.

Reporting to the SVP Implementations, the Program Manager serves as the senior leader responsible for driving the successful delivery of internal technology solutions โ€” including infrastructure, software platforms, and systems integrations โ€” ensuring delivery excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and alignment to business objectives.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, and dependency maps across multiple concurrent technology projects.

  • Serve as a key escalation point for project issues and ensure timely resolution

  • Drive dayโ€‘toโ€‘day execution of transformation initiatives, coordinating across crossโ€‘functional teams.
  • Team Development:
  • Recruit, train and develop a global team of project managers;

Required Skills, Education and Experience
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, Project Management or a related field.
  • PMP certification highly desired.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in process implementation or client services.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fastโ€‘paced, deadlineโ€‘driven environments.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a fullโ€‘time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, normal core business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.

Compensation

Good faith annual salary range for this position is $120,000 to $135,000 USD and is commensurate with experience and location.
