Job Description
As a member of the E-Systems Program Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of a program launch through strong leadership, excellent organizational skills and clear communication with internal and external disciplines.
Responsibilities
  • Manage program timelines by directing, coordinating, and communicating to all functional groups assigned to the program as well as customer functional groups and platform teams
  • Conduct planning activities to ensure programs launch on-time and meet deliverables
  • Monitor timing, quality, scope, technical and financial risks and issues on assigned program, resolving risks where possible
  • Managing engineering changes for profit and loss of your program
  • Work with functional managers to communicate resource requirements and expectations
  • Remain flexible to changing responsibilities and workload adjustments

Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Must be highly organized and display excellent leadership skills
  • Willing to travel domestically up to one week per month
  • 10 years automotive experience
  • 5 years of project or program management experience

Bonus If You Have
  • Siemens PLM Team Center system knowledge for Program and/or Sales functions.
  • German and/or Spanish language skills
  • German Automotive experience
