Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program governance, stakeholder management, project delivery, and risk management. This role requires collaboration with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and executives to ensure successful execution of complex programs while maintaining alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects within a program portfolio.
  • Develop program roadmaps, project plans, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, technology, operations, and external vendors.
  • Manage program budgets, resource allocation, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and blockers impacting program delivery.
  • Facilitate executive-level status reporting, governance meetings, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Monitor program performance and provide actionable insights through reporting and analytics.

Required Qualifications
