Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops, defines and executes project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables

  • Identifies needed resources for projects, defines and assigns major project roles.

  • Assigns and monitors work of project/program management staff, providing technical support and direction

  • Works on problems if moderate scope and exercises judgement within defined procedures/policies to determine appropriate action.

  • Interacts daily with subordinates or functional peer groups and interaction normally involves exchanges or presentation of factual information.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry practices, cross departmental processes and procedures

Required Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Business or a related field.

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in operations and/or supply chain disciplines: Inventory Control, Materials Management, Master Scheduling, Production Planning, Logistics, Demand Planning, S&OP.

  • Supply chain systems implementation experience.

  • Excellent relationship management with the ability to work effectively across departments and persuade and influence others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000-12,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs.
