Inner Haven Wellness is an eating disorder treatment provider serving adolescents (ages 12-17) and adults with locations in Neenah and Madison, and Brookfield Wisconsin. Inner Haven Wellness delivers both Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Programming. Drawing from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Inner Haven's local multidisciplinary treatment teams place significant emphasis on skill development and practice to empower individuals on their recovery journey. The program's flexibility allows clients to pursue healing in a way that meets their unique circumstances and needs.

Position Description:
Come join a dynamic and fast-growing company dedicated to the care of patients that have eating disorders. Join a talented and very experienced staff that is passionate about the care of these patients. The nurse is part of a multidisciplinary team working in collaboration with therapists, dietitians, and physicians to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with eating disorders.
Current need is a part time contracted nurse to join our adult Partial Hospitalization Program in Madison, WI. This position is a combination of in-person and virtual care. Eating disorder experience is not need as it can be provided by our expert team. Our company is rapidly growing; need for now is for 5-20 patient PHP census weekly. Pay is $35-$55 per hour, depending on experience.
Duties: The PHP nurse has the following responsibilities:
  • Conducting initial nursing assessment for all new patients.
  • Conducting weekly, 30 minute touch points with each patient each week. The touch point consists of checking vital signs, assessing medication side effects, conducting a short review of systems, and assessing eating disordered behaviors.
  • Participating in weekly interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient progress, treatment plans, and discharge planning.
  • Collaborating with the treatment team to develop individualized care plans for patients, including medication management, therapy, and other interventions.
  • Communicating with team members any changes in client's status.
  • Communicating with psychiatrist on client progress and needs.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, dietitians, and health care techs to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, documenting patient assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
  • Maintaining supplies in medical room.

Job Types: Part-time, contract or per diem - 5 -15 hours per week
