Position: IT Project Manager / Program Manager
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Work Model: Hybrid
Contract Duration: Initial 3 Years
Renewal Options: Two (2) Additional 1-Year Extensions
Maximum Contract Term: 5 Years
Client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Program Manager to lead complex enterprise technology initiatives supporting City departments and critical business operations.
The selected consultant will be responsible for managing the complete project lifecycle from project initiation, requirements gathering, planning, development, testing, implementation, and production deployment. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage cross-functional teams, stakeholder communication, project governance, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and successful delivery of enterprise IT projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading large-scale technology projects, supporting IT business processes, managing project budgets and schedules, and driving successful outcomes in complex environments.
Education

Experience
  • 5-10 years of Project Management or IT Management experience.
