  • Senior Specialist Exp.: 8+ years as Product/Delivery Mgr

Experience Preferred:

  • Direct experience with recurring billing, invoicing, and payments. Ideally will have experience in the context of B2B subscriptions or financial services.

  • Business Requirements: Translating complex organizational goals into clear, actionable requirements that ensure the unified billing platform meets all customer needs and financial, operational, and compliance objectives.
  • Agile Software Development: Leading the cross-functional team through iterative development cycles, efficiently managing the product backlog to deliver high-quality billing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data Analysis: Leveraging data to identify trends, measure success, and drive evidence-based product and prioritization decisions.
  • Technical Requirements: Defining non-functional requirements and bridging the gap between business needs and engineering by reviewing technical specifications for platform capabilities, API integrations, and overall system architecture.
  • Customer Insight: Participating in the synthesis of user feedback and behavior patterns to design a seamless, intuitive billing experience that reduces payment friction and enhances customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to design and develop product vision and strategy. Consider broader digital ecosystem of the organization to ensure alignment with overall digital strategies and goals.
  • Collaborate closely with software developers, and business stakeholders to define and develop the roadmap, MVPs, and MLPs. Develop business case for new features.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap, outlining the strategic direction, priorities, and timelines. They initiate, drive and colon the programs related to their respective products
  • Review and approve actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria for product features. Maintain comprehensive feature documentation, user training materials, and tutorials
  • Identify key metrics and performance indicators to monitor and measure the success of the product/service
  • Make decisions that impact the product's business aspects, such as pricing, target audience, and revenue models and are responsible for product P&L
  • Lead product direction with relevant knowledge of industry and consumer trends, competitive analysis and in-person customer research
  • Collaborate with tech lead and at times developers, security and quality team to manage UAT and security aspects to evaluate the results and determine the readiness for feature/ product release
