Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.
  • Provide tailored individual counseling and therapy sessions, and when suitable, facilitate family, marriage, and group sessions, drawing from your specialized expertise.
  • Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities to address specific client needs, ensuring effective therapeutic outcomes.
  • Perform routine mental health screenings to identify patient risks and necessary interventions, ensuring safe and supportive care environments.
  • Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and promptly in our electronic health record system, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and peer consultation to enhance professional growth and improve treatment strategies.
  • Engage in community outreach and educational activities to promote mental health awareness and resources available to clients and families.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned to support the clinic’s operational needs and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications
