• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring that clients receive tailored treatment strategies.
• Collaborate in the development of personalized treatment plans that address individual challenges, incorporating the latest evidence-based approaches for effective therapeutic outcomes.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that promote open dialogue and support, fostering a welcoming environment for all participants.

As a mental health therapist at Bright Integrated and Counseling, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. • Must possess a current and valid license in one of the following areas: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Mental health professionals should exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude while providing support to all clients.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively are necessary to balance caseloads and maintain detailed documentation.

• Experience providing therapy in a remote setting is a plus, showcasing your ability to connect with clients through virtual means.
