Salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 depending on experience 

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

  • Expert Irrigation Service: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial systems, including controllers, valves, heads, and piping.
  • Sales & Consulting: Conduct system audits and recommend water-saving upgrades. We are looking for someone who can identify and sell enhancements that improve the client’s property.
  • Seasonal Maintenance: Perform essential startups, shut-downs, and winterizations.
  • Client Relations: Provide excellent account management by clearly communicating repairs and service recommendations to customers.


  What We Look for in a RYAN Specialist

  • Sales Mindset: A background in irrigation sales or the ability to confidently      suggest and close system upgrades.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Strong relationship-building skills and a "client-first" attitude.
  • Problem-Solving Knack: A passion for troubleshooting and finding efficient solutions.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A team player who is also comfortable working independently.
  • Versatility: A willingness to pivot from irrigation to other departments as needed. 
Requirements:
  • Experience:  2+ years in irrigation installation, service, or repair.
  • Customer Service: Outstanding interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 lbs., push/pull objects, and walk at least 3 miles per day in diverse weather conditions.
  • Driver’s License: Must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
