Job description

About the Team
At DoorDash, we believe that our merchants are the driving force behind our marketplace. Our Partner Integrations team is dedicated to their success, working to build cutting-edge technology services that empower merchants to grow their businesses seamlessly. With our API Platform, we manage store, menu, and order data in real-time, serving hundreds of integrators and powering thousands of merchants. As DoorDash expands its scale and breadth of integrated delivery offerings, we are seeking talented individuals to join us and shape the future of our partner ecosystem.
About the Role
We're looking for a Manager on our Partner Integrations team to manage integrations with point-of-sale systems and aggregators used by our top restaurant partners. You will manage a team of Technical Account Managers to support existing and new integration partnerships. Internally, you'll strategize with our cross-functional DoorDash teams to develop and execute go-to-market initiatives, data analysis, issue triaging, and client relationship management. You will drive alignment with cross functional and senior leaders across the organization. This is a role for an experienced manager who can balance ambiguity, prioritization, strategy, and execution, and who's excited to grow their career in a highly cross-functional and dynamic environment. You'll also help the team build AI fluency by identifying practical ways to use AI tools, automation, and agentic workflows to improve integration quality, reduce manual work, and accelerate partner outcomes.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will...
  • Own the success of our Partner integrations by driving initiatives across technical teams, third party partners, and internal business stakeholders
  • Identify, resolve, and escalate day-to-day integration-related issues
  • Serve as the voice of DoorDash in managing external relationships with our partners, leading implementation and process improvement
  • Partner with product, engineering, and growth operations to discover & drive opportunities for improvement that come from data analysis, AI-assisted investigation, and scalable workflow automation, and develop strategies to build and scale our integration platform
  • Help define the integrations roadmap in collaboration with other product and operations owners, including opportunities where AI-enabled tooling can improve integration quality, self-service, and operational leverage
We're excited about you because...
  • You balance execution and leadership - you're comfortable rolling up your sleeves on complex integrations while coaching others to do the same
  • You're an operator at heart - you thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and take ownership to drive initiatives from zero to one
  • You think cross-functionally - you can align engineering, product, and operations teams while keeping external partners informed and supported
  • You're a structured problem solver - you break down complex technical and operational challenges into root causes and define clear action plans to resolve them
  • You manage complexity well - you're experienced in juggling multiple workstreams, navigating resource constraints, and staying focused on outcomes
  • You see the forest and the trees - you have a keen eye on the details, but you also define long-term strategies that scale and compound over time
  • You're analytical and data-driven - you use metrics, analysis, SQL, and AI-assisted workflows to prioritize, identify issues, validate outputs, and influence product direction
  • You're a great communicator - you tailor your message for technical and non-technical audiences, building trust across all levels
  • You build leverage - you look for repeatable workflows that can be automated, templated, or improved with AI so the team can spend more time on high-impact partner and product work
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in technical program management, solutions engineering, technical account management, strategy & operations, or related fields, with a track record of owning complex, high-impact initiatives
  • Strong technical fluency, especially in API-based integrations, with the ability to speak comfortably with product, engineering, and external partners
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools responsibly to accelerate analysis, documentation, issue investigation, workflow automation, or decision-making; experience building prompts, lightweight agents, or AI-enabled processes is a plus
  • Proven experience managing others, with strong people leadership instincts even in hybrid IC/Manager roles
  • Experience driving results in cross-functional environments with competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate capacity trade-offs, manage risk, and communicate priorities to senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience working with tools like SQL to support analysis and issue investigation
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree required

We expect this position to be filled by 10/13/26.
