Job Description
BridgeNet Solutions, a member of the PSA Group, has provided sourcing, analytics, and technology solutions to help
customers achieve their strategic objectives since 2001. BridgeNet's customer base spans Fortune 500 and Global 2000, and
with annual logistics spend under management of over $5.4 billion, is well positioned to support its customers' complex
global supply chains.
3. Role Summary
The Integration Project Manager is the dedicated project management lead for all carrier, 3PL, and LSP systems integrations
across BridgeNet's managed programs. This role owns the end-to-end project lifecycle of each integration initiative-from
kickoff and scoping through go-live and stabilization-working at the intersection of BridgeNet's digital team, external
partner technical and account management resources, and internal program leadership. The Integration Project Manager is
not a developer or coder; this role is the driver, tracker, and communicator who ensures every integration moves forward on
schedule. Success requires relentless follow-through, structured project management discipline, strong cross-functional
communication, and the ability to hold internal and external stakeholders accountable in complex, multi-party environments.
4. Key Responsibilities
Integration Project Execution
• Own the full project lifecycle for each carrier, 3PL, and LSP integration, from initial scoping and kickoff through technical
testing, UAT, go-live, and post-launch stabilization.
• Build, maintain, and distribute detailed integration project plans with clearly defined milestones, owners, dependencies,
and due dates for all parties.
• Coordinate with LSP technical contacts and BridgeNet technology teams to ensure integrations are built accurately,
tested thoroughly, and delivered on schedule.
• Track all open action items and deliverables across BridgeNet's digital team, partner technical contacts, and partner
account management teams; proactively chase outstanding items before they become delays.
• Identify project risks and blockers early; escalate to the appropriate internal leader or partner account management
contact to resolve before they impact the integration timeline.
• Manage simultaneous integration projects across multiple partners and workstreams, maintaining clear prioritization
and progress visibility for each.
Ensure global consistency in LSP integration design standards, preventing redundant or conflicting approaches across
different carriers and geographies
Partner & Stakeholder Coordination
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all integration-related scheduling, coordination, and communication with carrier, 3PL, and LSP partners-engaging both technical resources (developers, EDI/API teams) and account management contacts.
• Organize and lead integration kickoff meetings, standing syncs, technical working sessions, and testing checkpoints with all relevant parties; ensure agendas are distributed in advance and clear action items are captured and followed up after every meeting.
• Push partners to align required technical and account resources to the integration project and hold them accountable to committed timelines.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with partners at all levels; translate technical progress into business-relevant status language when communicating with account management or client-facing contacts. Digital Team Interface
• Work closely with BridgeNet's internal developers, coders, and integration architects to understand technical requirements, map dependencies, and build realistic project timelines.
• Facilitate requirements handoffs and feedback loops between BridgeNet's digital team and partner technical contacts, ensuring mapping specifications, API documentation, and test scenarios are complete and well-understood by all parties.
• Remove administrative and coordination blockers for BridgeNet's developers so technical work is not delayed by scheduling, access, or communication gaps.
• Manage the UAT and go-live checkpoint process, coordinating test execution between internal and external teams and tracking defect resolution to closure. Communication & Reporting
• Provide regular integration status updates to internal program leadership and, where required, to the end customer; communicate timelines, milestones achieved, risks, and expected resolution dates in a clear, structured format.
• Maintain a consolidated integration tracker and status dashboard that reflects real-time progress across all active integration projects.
• Document integration specifications, decisions, and lessons learned to support institutional knowledge and future onboarding of new partners.
• Escalate unresolved timeline slippage or partner resource gaps to the Principal Solution Architect with a clear summary of the issue, impact, and recommended path to resolution.
• Validate that integrated data flows from LSPs meet the Control Tower's operational data quality, timeliness, and completeness requirements.
Exemption Type
Exempt (Salaried)
Job Requirements
EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. Or equivalent work experience.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE 3+ years in project management; 1+ years managing technology integration or systems onboarding projects involving third-party partners.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-party technology integration projects end-to-end, including requirements
gathering, timeline management, testing coordination, and go-live execution across ocean, air, parcel, and road mode of
transportation types.
• Strong project management methodology foundation (PMI/PMP, Agile, or hybrid); hands-on proficiency with tools such
as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering EDI, API, or flat-file integrations
• Proven ability to drive external partners-including vendor account management and technical teams-to meet
committed timelines and deliverables.
• Comfortable working directly with software developers, integration architects, EDI/API specialists, and data mapping
teams; able to facilitate technical conversations without being the technical subject matter expert.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of producing clear status reports, meeting recaps, and
escalation summaries for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent integration projects with competing priorities and geographically distributed stakeholders. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential. • Experience with EDI (EDIFACT, ANSI X12), JSON/REST API, or similar logistics data exchange standards. • Background in logistics, freight forwarding, managed transportation, or supply chain technology platforms. • Experience in 4PL or managed logistics program environments, particularly in energy, oil and gas, or industrial sectors. • Familiarity with TMS, WMS, or supply chain visibility platforms and their integration architectures.
