Job Title:         Marketing Manager

Are you ready to make your mark in one of the fastest-growing, high-stakes sectors of the construction industry? As Marketing Manager, you'll lead strategic campaigns and brand development for our Mission Critical construction division - where uptime is non-negotiable, innovation is constant, and every project impacts the digital infrastructure of the future. This role will be reporting out of our NYC office.

In this high-impact role, you'll blend technical storytelling with sharp market insight to amplify our presence in data centers, hyperscale facilities, secure environments, and other mission critical spaces. What You'll Do

  • Own the Strategy: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for our mission critical construction services.
  • Build the Brand: Elevate our voice and visibility across industry platforms, thought leadership, and digital channels.
  • Partner with Pros: Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and C-suite members to translate complex solutions into compelling messaging. Work with regional leadership teams to develop training materials and coordinate annual  conferences/ employee development programs. 
  • Lead Events: Plan, manage, and execute in-person, virtual, and hybrid events from concept through completion to amplify our brand presence and promote a culture of connection.
  • Drive Demand: Craft campaigns that generate qualified leads and position us as a partner of choice in the data center and critical infrastructure markets.
  • Fuel Growth: Lead competitive proposals (i.e., RFPs, RFPQs, etc.), track KPIs, optimize campaigns, and stay ahead of trends to ensure continuous innovation and ROI.

Who You Are

  • A marketing professional with 7+ years of experience, ideally in AEC, construction, or technology sectors.
  • Skilled at positioning complex services and speaking the language of technical buyers and C-level stakeholders.
  • Creative and analytical - you can build a brand and track the numbers behind its success.
  • Confident in developing campaigns across digital, print, PR, social, and event channels.
  • An exceptional communicator, both visual and verbal, with a bias for action and results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing to clients in mission critical environments (i.e., data centers, healthcare, government, or defense).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (i.e., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (i.e., OpenAsset, Cosential).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (i.e., SEO, SEM, social media).
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (i.e., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom), web-based tools, and Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to create and manage graphic design assets.

Salary Range:  

Desired salary range is $115K-125k annually, depending on years of experience. Eligible for a discretionary bonus based upon company and individual performance.
