The Technical Operator will be cross-trained in multiple areas including machine operation, packaging, forklift operation, quality checks, and basic machine maintenance. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a high-performance manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate manufacturing machinery and production lines safely and efficiently.

  • Perform packaging, labeling, and palletizing of products.

  • Operate a forklift to move raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.

  • Conduct minor maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machines.

  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (machine operation preferred).

  • Forklift experience required (certification is a plus).

  • Experience using hand tools and measuring devices.

  • Related manufacturing or trade school experience is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of workplace safety practices.

  • Ability to work in a high-performance, team-oriented environment.
