General Manager/Operator

A General Manager/Operator is responsible for running day to day operations for the entire restaurant. Responsible for the entire P&L. Responsible for staffing and recruitment. On the shift, General Manager/Operators will be expected to work all positions in the store, supporting both the front and back of house. High proficiency in all positions is expected.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Service
  • Providing excellent customer service during guests dining experience, from entry to the restaurant through departure and everything in between.
  • Memorize the food and beverage menu at your location
  • Can handle guest complaints in an efficient and effective manner
  • Memorize steps of service for all FOH positions
  • Standard bearer
  • Able to work line positions to support team during the rush
  • Sanitation
  • Maintain high food safety standards, including verification of temp checks, line checks, cooling logs, and other food safety materials
  • Ability to complete internal health audits
  • Maintain high cleanliness and quality standards in the entire restaurant
  • Check food and equipment temperature to ensure food safety compliance

Able to be stationary for multiple hours at a time completing repetitive tasks

Able to move quickly throughout the restaurant

Able to access and navigate all areas of the restaurant

Able to work in excessive heat and cold associated with the kitchen environment
