  • Supervising and providing assistance in unloading delivery trucks, moving laundry appliances, removal of packaging materials, appliance installation
  • Complete customer commitments by managing team schedules for on-time service & responding promptly/compassionately to customer complaints
  • Establishing a consistent team of top tier talent, managing/training staff with client-focused service, initiating long/short term goals for your team and individually
  • Managing and reporting on budgets, keeping our warehouse stocked, and maintaining warehouse equipment with excellence and dependability.
  • Managing Inventory, Fleet and Budgets.
  • Following through on our customer commitments by managing team schedules for on-time service and responding expeditiously and compassionately to customer complaints.
  • Building and retaining a team of Best in Class talent, managing and training on CSC processes, procedures, and client-focused service culture, and goal-setting for the team and individuals.

What we're looking for
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening
  • A HS Diploma or equivalent with 7-10 years of related experience in a leadership/supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Experience with Logistics, Warehouse, Fleet, Inventory and Budget Management and Customer Service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills that put people at ease and elicit action.
  • Predisposition for being well organized.
  • The ability to read and follow electrical schematics, and general knowledge of heating and cooling equipment, water heaters, pumps and boilers, building maintenance electrical, plumbing etc.
  • Specific physical demands may vary based on assigned geography or equipment including: Ability to lift to 75 pounds, push or pull up to 250 pounds, and frequently work in a variety of environmental conditions (both weather and non-weather related) plus stooping kneeling, climbing, crouching or reaching.
