Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and improving day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, high-quality client services, and meaningful social impact. This role executes the company’s strategic goals by developing and implementing operational strategies, managing multiple departments, overseeing budgets, and leading teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Supervisory Responsibilities
·                     Participate in the hiring, training, and development of departmental managers
·                     Organize, oversee, and support departmental workflows and schedules
·                     Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations
·                     Address employee discipline and terminations in accordance with company policy
·                     Implement the CEO’s vision and strategic objectives at an operational level
·                     Lead, mentor, and train the management team
·                     Develop strategies for recruiting, training, and retaining high-performing staff
Key Duties and Responsibilities
·                     Establish and monitor quantitative and qualitative performance metrics (KPIs)
·                     Analyze and improve business processes and operational procedures
·                     Implement policies and procedures to improve daily operations
·                     Ensure safe, adequate, and compliant work environments
·                     Oversee multiple departments and ensure alignment with CEO-established goals
·                     Communicate new directives, policies, and procedures clearly to leadership and staff

·                     Manage operational budgets and ensure fiscal accountability

Required Skills and Abilities
