Headquartered in Calgary, AB, we currently operate in nine provinces and two territories, managing over 14,600 multi-residential units, 1.25 million sq. feet of commercial space, and 200 executive suites. We are proud to live, work, and play in the neighborhoods we serve, next to our residents, hotel guests, and commercial tenants.

We are looking for a Operations Training & Process Administrator to join our Corporate-Operations team in Calgary, AB. Reporting to the Manager, Operations Administration, you will be an important part of our team, assisting in the effective operations of our property management offices, while providing exceptional customer service.

Through documentation, operational support, quality assurance activities, and cross-functional collaboration, this role helps ensure on-site employees have the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to perform their roles consistently and effectively. • Create, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, manuals, and other operational documentation to support consistent processes and best practices
  • Partner with Corporate and on-site teams to gather, validate, and document operational processes and best practices

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct operational reviews and audits to evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, operational standards, and training outcomes, providing recommendations and follow-up as needed
  • Support the implementation, testing, and rollout of new operational systems, technologies, and initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, documentation, and training programs to enhance consistency, efficiency, and the overall employee experience

Operational Support

  • Provide operational guidance and support to Regional Operations teams through remote and on-site assistance, helping to resolve operational questions and promote consistent practices
  • Provide back-up support and coverage for Operations team members as needed, including accounts receivable, collection calls, regional commission program administration, and other administrative functions
  • Collaborate with Corporate and site-level teams to support the development, implementation, and communication of operational processes and training initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Progressive experience in property management an asset
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operational support, training, or instructional role
  • Experience with Yardi or similar property management/ERP software
  • Proficiency with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Experience developing training materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), or process documentation an asset
  • Familiarity with provincial and territorial Residential Tenancy Acts across Canada

Requirements:

  • Strong conflict resolution, oral, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Sound decision-making abilities with the ability to work independently
  • Effective collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships across departments and regions
  • Strong prioritization, organization, analytical and time management skills
  • Confident presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively deliver training to groups in both in-person and virtual environments
  • Occasional travel within Canada may be required (up to 25% of the time)

    Benefits:

    • A competitive total rewards program that includes recognition for individual and corporate performance
    • Paid vacation
    • Health, dental, and wellness benefits
