The Operations Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day production activities within the hot rolling and scalping departments, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost‑effective operations. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in hot rolling processes and equipment, and a commitment to continuous improvement within hot rolling and cross‑department initiatives.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline, required
• 7+ years of experience in aluminum rolling operations, required
• At least 3 years of experience in leadership roles, required
• Strong knowledge of hot rolling processes and mill equipment, required
• Proven track record in safety, quality, and process optimization, required
• Excellent leadership, communications, and problem‑solving skills, required
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, required
