Job description

Bring structure to innovation at scale.

What if you could help some of the brightest minds in tech move faster, stay aligned, and focus on what matters most? As part of Coveo's R&D organization, you'll help shape how teams plan, collaborate, and execute across a growing global environment.

In this role, you'll drive operational excellence across R&D by improving planning practices, enabling better decision-making, and leading initiatives that simplify how teams work together. You'll become a key operational partner to leaders across the organization while helping teams stay focused, connected, and effective.

As our Operations Manager, R&D, you will:

  • Build frameworks that improve visibility into objectives, priorities, risks, and execution across the organization.
  • Lead operational improvement projects that create measurable impact across teams, such as onboarding, communication, or staffing prioritization initiatives.
  • Support leaders with budget planning and operational decision-making while improving organizational efficiency.
  • Develop communication channels, feedback loops, and operational best practices that strengthen alignment and collaboration across a global R&D organization.

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex operational topics for different audiences.

What would make you stand out:

  • Experience supporting engineering, product, or R&D organizations with a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with operational metrics or dashboards.
  • Experience leading organizational change or process transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or fast-evolving situations.
