The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is an accelerated opportunity to develop the vital competencies and experiences needed for a career as an Operations leader.
As a global company with opportunities spanning multiple businesses, functions, and locations, applicants are required to be geographically flexible and mobile for the OLDP and post-program. Rotational assignments and full-time placements are based on business needs and organizational priorities at the time of selection. Onsite and in-office work is an essential function of this role and a requirement of the position.
Strategic Business Impact
The OLDP is a two-year program set to occur between July 20, 2027 - July 2029. Participants will complete four, six-month rotations that provide strategic direction while gaining proficiency with our diverse functional areas, business units, and regions. Learning opportunities will include: formal development sessions, dedicated Executive Mentorship, utilization of our Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodology, and a network of outstanding LDP alumni. Assignments will include the following core rotations in addition to other elective opportunities in Supply Chain, Distribution/Logistics, Procurement, and Quality:
Core Technical
  • Manufacturing Engineering

  • PPI Specialist

  • Process Engineer

  • Value Engineering

  • Automation/Robotics

Core People Management
  • Distribution Team Lead

  • Production Team Lead

  • Quality Team Lead

Compensation
Our OLDP offers a starting salary of $84,000 in addition to the following as part of the total compensation: Annual Incentive Plan, Sign-on Bonus, and Relocation Assistance.
What We Look For
Academic Background & Work Experience:
  • Undergraduate student completing a Bachelor's degree between December 2026 - June 2027 in one of the following: Biology, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field of study.

  • 1+ years of Operations-related work experience (i.e. work experience, internships, special projects, etc.).

Leadership Profile:
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of influencing others, leading initiatives, driving results, and creating positive impact within teams and organizations.

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and solve complex problems.

  • Evidence of grit, resilience, and perseverance when facing challenges, setbacks, or competing priorities.

  • Strong learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and an innovative mindset.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.

  • Geographic mobility and flexibility required to pursue future career opportunities in locations aligned with business needs.

  • Onsite and in-office work is an essential function of this role and is required throughout the program and in future placements to support collaboration across businesses, functions, and locations.
