Responsible for the design, structure, and ongoing maintenance of both, and for executing the training programs, events, and communications that bring them to investment and non-investment teams. This role translates training strategies into high-quality deliverables including presentations, documentation, event logistics, and content management systems. This role is also responsible for managing the execution of ongoing training programs and KPI reviews to drive adoption and education strategy

Key Responsibilities

    • Own the structure, taxonomy, and upkeep of the firm's Enterprise AI knowledge library, spanning AI foundations, tools and platforms, governance and policy, and data.
    • Define and maintain the information architecture - metadata schema, labeling/taxonomy, and page templates - so content is consistently organized and discoverable.
  • AI Education Curriculum
    • Own the role-based AI education curriculum, designing learning pathways for both investment teams (PMs, analysts, traders, quants) and non-investment functions (ops, legal, comms, corporate).
    • Define proficiency tiers spanning the full spectrum of AI fluency and technical ability - from first-time users through advanced/builder-level - with clear progression between levels.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan and coordinate training events including workshops, lunch-and-learns, and office hours.
  • Manage logistics for live training sessions (room booking, technology setup, materials preparation).
  • Coordinate with business unit representatives to schedule and promote training opportunities.
  • Organize AI adoption events such as "use case showcases" and "AI champion" meetings.
  • Track attendance and gather feedback from training events.

Program Operations & Analytics

  • Maintain training content calendar and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Track training metrics including completion rates, attendance, and user satisfaction.
  • Create dashboards and reports on training effectiveness for leadership (adoption rates, which teams are using the training, etc.).
  • Manage training registration systems and user communication workflows.
  • Coordinate with the AI Implementation team on adoption campaigns.

User Support & Communication

  • Develop internal communication campaigns to promote AI capabilities and training opportunities, partnering with Comms.
  • Curate and share success stories and innovative use cases across the organization.
  • Maintain FAQ database and troubleshooting resources.
  • Support "AI champion" network with content and communication materials.
  • Gather user feedback to identify content gaps and improvement opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with AI Technology team to stay current on product roadmap and new features.
  • Collaborate with AI Operational Ecosystem representatives to understand business unit-specific needs.
  • Support the Head of Training & Education with ad-hoc projects and analysis.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, content creation, or program coordination
  • Instructional design or curriculum development experience, including competency frameworks or leveled learning pathways.
  • Information architecture / knowledge management experience - taxonomy design, metadata, content lifecycle governance.
  • Working fluency with enterprise AI tools, platforms, and governance concepts.
  • Strong PowerPoint/presentation design skills with attention to visual storytelling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with learning management systems and content management tools
  • Proficiency in creating documentation, training materials, and multimedia content
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with technical subject matter and translating it for non-technical audiences
  • Experience in financial services or technology companies preferred

Success Metrics

  • Quality and timeliness of training content delivery
  • Content calendar adherence and update frequency
