Join us as an Installation Lead (f/m/x) for Offshore Construction, where you will play a pivotal role in supervising and guiding your assigned teams to ensure the safe, timely, and effective execution of work activities. Reporting to the Head of Site Management and Installation Leads, you will be at the forefront of daily planning and execution, adhering to contract specifications and EHS/QA systems.
Your leadership will ensure that all work aligns with SGRE standards, including QA regulations. You will continuously evaluate and provide feedback to your technicians, encouraging skill development and maintaining high standards. By implementing and optimizing processes and workflows, you will contribute to a standardized execution and a safe working environment.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Provide strong EHS leadership, ensuring a Zero Harm environment by implementing and upholding safety standards and procedures.
  • Actively participate in EHS discussions during project planning and ensure that all vital assessments and certifications are in place during execution.
  • Validate that all personnel, including contractors, are qualified and fully advised about EHS protocols.
  • Ensure that all work activities align with required documentation, permits, and RAMS.
  • Foster a Zero Defect culture by ensuring high-quality standards in the work performed by your teams.
  • Drive Lean workflows by supervising adherence, addressing deviations, and coordinating improvements across all areas.
  • Be responsible for the allocation of working hours to prevent excessive hours on site and ensure team well-being.
What You Bring
  • You are an experienced leader (f/m/x) with a background in large international manufacturing or industrial environments, possessing in-depth technical knowledge of wind turbine products.
  • You excel in conflict resolution and are solution-oriented, with a strong understanding of technical issues, work processes, and site activities, while being a team player who can maintain focused teams.
  • With experience in the Offshore industry, you have a proven grasp of project site work processes and are EHS and Quality focused, capable of identifying risks proactively. You are experienced in QA, and EHS processes and reporting.
  • Your extensive communication skills, both written and verbal, will be crucial for success in this role.
  • As this position requires global travel to project sites, you are willing and able to work on a rotational basis, both onshore and offshore.
  • A proven electrical background, preferably supported at a degree level education.
