Beyond of Ada is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and create an exceptional shopping experience for every customer. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing store performance, managing staff, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop store associates.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming environment.
  • Drive sales performance and support achievement of store goals.
  • Oversee store opening and closing procedures.
  • Manage cash handling, POS transactions, deposits, and daily reconciliation.
