A rapidly growing technology organization is seeking a Senior Director of Software Engineering to lead a large, high-performing engineering organization responsible for delivering modern SaaS products and mission-critical business platforms.

This is an executive leadership opportunity for a results-driven software engineering leader with a proven track record of building AI-native engineering cultures and delivering AI-powered platforms within complex enterprise environments. We are looking for a transformational leader who can operationalize AI-first software development practices while establishing a culture centered on measurable engineering outcomes, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement.

Success in this role is defined by the ability to improve key software delivery metrics, increase engineering velocity, elevate product quality, accelerate time-to-market, and clearly communicate the business value and ROI of technology investments. Working closely with executive leadership, you will shape the organization's technology strategy, build and scale high-performing engineering teams, and lead the delivery of secure, scalable, cloud-native platforms that drive meaningful business results.

What You'll Do

  • Lead multiple software engineering teams responsible for customer-facing and internal business applications
  • Develop and execute the engineering strategy, technical roadmap, and organizational vision
  • Build, mentor, and grow engineering leaders and software development teams

  • 15+ years of progressive software engineering experience
  • 7+ years leading large engineering organizations across multiple teams and disciplines
