This is an executive leadership opportunity for a results-driven software engineering leader with a proven track record of building AI-native engineering cultures and delivering AI-powered platforms within complex enterprise environments. We are looking for a transformational leader who can operationalize AI-first software development practices while establishing a culture centered on measurable engineering outcomes, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement.

Success in this role is defined by the ability to improve key software delivery metrics, increase engineering velocity, elevate product quality, accelerate time-to-market, and clearly communicate the business value and ROI of technology investments. What You'll Do
