Job Summary: 

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team throughout the hiring process. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of recruiting — scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, maintaining data in the applicant tracking system (ATS), and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for every candidate. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate phone screens, interviews, and debrief sessions across multiple time zones and calendars.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and a positive interview experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Post job openings across internal and external job boards and career sites.
  • Coordinate travel, lodging, and expense reimbursement for candidate on-site interviews as needed.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure interview panels are aligned and prepared.
  • Support offer letter preparation, background check initiation, and pre-onboarding logistics.
  • Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline volume) and prepare regular reporting.
  • Assist with employer branding efforts, including career fairs, campus recruiting events, and social media postings.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.


Education and Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and comfort working with data and scheduling logistics.
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) is a plus.
  • Proficiency with calendar tools and productivity software (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive information.
  • A collaborative, service-oriented mindset and genuine interest in the candidate experience.


Work Environment:

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate as the employee works in an open-floor office environment, in an individual workstation, using a telephone and computer.
