We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee, manage and coordinate all operational aspects of ongoing department projects impacting multiple departments. Serves as liaison between project team and department.

Functions

Leads strategic and highly complex New ProductIntroduction (NPI) programs.

  • Responsible for developing project strategies,governing execution across multiple functions, driving organizationalalignment, managing significant business risks, and ensuring successfulcommercialization and operational readiness.
  • Provides leadership, mentorship,and strategic direction to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Leads cross-functional teams responsible for theplanning, execution, and delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
  • Responsible for schedule management, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement,and ensuring project objectives are achieved within scope, quality, cost, andtimeline requirements.
Requirements
  • Doctorate or Masters + 2 years of Project Management experience or
    Bachelors + 4 years of Project Management experience or
    Associates + 8 years of Project Management experience
  • Handling multiple responsibilities, priorities, tasks, and projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent business English and Spanish, written and oral ( writing and presentations).
  • Understanding and experience with Ariba Sourcing and Contracting Modules. Experience with SAP, Trackwise and Project management tools preferred.
  • Highly proficient with MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
