In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions, we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability. ACES is developing the next generation of expendable countermeasures and dispenser solutions leveraging our 40 year history in these technologies. Building on foundational programs such as ALE-55 and ALE-47 we are positioned well for continued growth.
In this role you will be part of the Advanced Compact EW Solutions (ACES) product line and responsible for supporting and leading the operations content for a program's Operations content as an Operations Program Manager II. You will be responsible for the program performance of the program(s) under your ownership. You will also be a solid business partner of the ACES Operations Program Management organization.
  • Experience managing Operations performance against the baseline program plan by monitoring quality, schedule and cost performance of an operations program execution.
  • Experience utilizing Operations data, i.e. status, and present it in a clear and concise manner to Operations Management, Program Management and / or Engineering Management.
  • Active participation with project/team meetings providing clear direction to the various functional areas.
  • Worked with cross functional teams to develop new processes within the organization the provided improved efficiencies, less defects and cost reductions.
  • Experience and knowledge within Supply Chain Planning and execution of programs.
  • Good interpersonal skills required at all levels of the team, the touch personnel side, to the support functions and all levels of management up to the Business Area Senior Leadership Team.
  • Experience with cost tracking utilizing existing tools and procedures leading to presentation of cost positions, EAC positions and variance explanations against the released budget.
  • Promotes a strong sense of teamwork among personnel supporting various phases of the program efforts.
