Job description

We are currently seeking an Operations Management Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer.  

Functional Description: 

The position provides journeyman-level executive operations support services to the PMA-281 Program Office in a high-visibility, fast-paced acquisition environment. Serves as a key operational support resource responsible for supporting executive leadership execution, office operations, and cross-functional coordination efforts at myriad leadership levels, to include the Portfolio Acquisition Executive Munitions headquarters element.

 Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  •  Provide executive level operational support to the Rear Admiral, Principal Deputy Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PDPAE), Senior Executive, Program Managers (PMs), Deputy Program Managers (DPMs), and Portfolio Acquisition Executive staff.  Duties include but are not limited to:
  •  Coordinate and schedule conference rooms, secure meeting spaces, teleconferences, Microsoft Teams meetings, and Office Calls for executive leadership and IPT personnel.
  •  Provide conference room support, including setup and operation of audiovisual equipment, Video Teleconferencing (VTC), and virtual collaboration platforms.
  •  Establish, maintain, and organize master project files, both electronic and hard copy, for all incoming and outgoing correspondence and official records.
  •  Maintain action-item tracking logs and correspondence-tracking systems to ensure timely completion of assigned actions.
  •  Track mandatory workforce training requirements for Executive Leadership personnel.
  •  Prepare executive correspondence, presentations, reports, forms, and other official documentation using Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Government-approved applications.
  •  Process official passport applications, visas, and Isolated Personnel Reports (ISOPREPs) in support of Government travel requirements.
  •  Manage office supply inventories, prepare supply requests, and coordinate procurement actions with designated Government personnel.
  •  Receive, distribute, log, and maintain accountability for incoming registered and unregistered mail, including classified material, in accordance with applicable security procedures.
  •  Provide responsive administrative support to Executive Leadership and Industry Partners, ensuring efficient execution of program operations and executive priorities.
  •  Conduct daily Security Checks on safes and the Secret Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) network room to prevent espionage, deter insider threats, and safeguard classified data that is vital to U.S. national defense.
  •  Other duties as assigned

Required Education:

May require a master’s degree 

Required Experience:

  • At least 5-12 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. 
  • May lead and direct the work of others. 
  • May report to a supervisor or manager.

  • ·         Strong organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, sound judgment, adaptability, and the ability to independently manage multiple high-visibility tasks.
  • ·         Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products.

  • ·         Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

 

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

This position requires in person support.

 Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is NTE of $90,000.00 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
