  • Translate customer requirements into executable production plans
  • Support and embody the company's Mission and Values in daily operations
  • Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards
  • Collaborate with plant leadership to maintain safety, quality, and environmental compliance
  • Lead and develop a high-performing production team focused on safety and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in and at times lead problem-solving efforts to improve production performance and reduce inefficiencies
  • Analyze KPIs and present findings, trends, and improvement strategies during operational meetings
  • Coach, mentor, and guide team leads and supervisors to promote safe, efficient, and consistent operations
  • Participate in employee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development at all levels of production
  • Support fair and consistent performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
  • Foster a culture of accountability, respect, teamwork, and employee engagement
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing operations
  • Prior leadership experience in a production or operations role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Highly motivated, results-driven leader with a positive, collaborative approach
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams and with customers
Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of aerospace quality standards such as AS9100 and AS9102
  • Experience with ISO 14001 environmental management systems
  • Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement certifications
