About the role:

As a Production Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of production processing functions, ensuring service levels, quality standards, and business objectives are achieved. You will lead a team of operations and support professionals, providing direction, coaching, and performance management while driving process improvements, operational excellence, and a high-performance work environment.

Shift: Wednesday - Friday and every other Tuesday from 5:45 am - 6:00 pm

What you will be doing:

  • Lead daily production operations, ensuring service levels, quality standards, and business objectives are met.

  • Coach, develop, and manage team performance, including scheduling, goal setting, and performance reviews.

  • Monitor workflow, resolve operational issues, and support client and business needs.

  • Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

What you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)

  • Typically Minimum 4 Years Relevant Operations or Production Experience

  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strongly preferred if you have:

  • Experience leading teams in a high-volume production, print, manufacturing, or operations environment

  • Experience with process improvement and performance metrics

  • Knowledge of workforce planning, scheduling, and operational reporting
