The Opportunity

Elevate Services Group is a fast growing platform opportunity acquiring multiple businesses per year. Overseeing operational efficiencies and change management during ongoing M&A activity will be your main focus. Reporting to the COO of the holding company, you will help secure increased profitability and production across various holdings.


Responsibilities

  • Execute corporate strategy and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple entities.

  • Lead change management initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and team adaptability.

  • Lead cross-functional operations to achieve growth targets and service excellence.

  • Develop and optimize operational pipelines to forecast business upside potential.

  • Establish KPIs and monitor performance with data-driven dashboards.

  • Drive on-site process improvements and efficiency across service delivery.

  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless handoffs.

  • Mentor and develop team members through performance coaching and feedback.
