About the Manager of Talent Acquisition Role As the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will oversee full-cycle recruitment, manage a team of recruiters, and collaborate with hiring managers across all business units. This role is essential to shaping hiring strategy, improving recruiting operations, and enhancing candidate experience. What You'll Do Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.Oversee full-cycle recruiting for corporate, manufacturing, and technical roles.Build and implement scalable talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.Improve hiring efficiency, workflow consistency, and overall candidate experience.Partner with the business on workforce planning, staffing needs, and recruitment priorities.Manage internal mobility programs and promote equitable hiring practices.Maintain compliance with employment regulations and support hiring manager training.Oversee recruiting technologies, including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Partner with Marketing to enhance employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.Track, evaluate, and report recruiting activity to support the business.
