ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintenance Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Operations Manager and the maintenance team, ensuring all operational activities are organized and efficient.
  • Oversee the maintenance and execution of all Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) operations
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including job details, service reports, and equipment usage. Prepare and file reports as needed.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage and coordinate maintenance schedules, ensuring all work orders are assigned to the appropriate teams and completed on time. Liaise with clients to confirm job requirements and timelines.
  • Collaborate with Operations Assistant Managers to coordinate staffing, training, development, staff meetings and scheduling
  • Vendor & Supplier Management: Assist in the procurement of materials, tools, and supplies required for maintenance activities. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of resources.
  • Cost Control & Budgeting: Help track and manage expenses related to maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to the budget and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Assist with the administration of purchase order creation and management, cost control, invoice remittance, and month end P&L reporting.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. Assist in monitoring and reporting on safety standards.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on the status of ongoing projects.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
  • Act in a manner so that every guest interaction is treated as an opportunity to "WOW" the guest, and that any guest complaints are resolved to the satisfaction of the guest.
  • Maintain friendly, professional relationships with all Pursuit employee
  • Adhere to and enforce all Corporate Policies

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Guest service-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering memorable experiences
  • Mature, energetic, dependable, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within operations or maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient in computer usage and general office equipment
  • Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) an asset
  • Proven ability to work within strict policy/procedures and guidelines
  • Demonstrates key leadership qualities
  • Ability to reason, react, and listen with quick, thoughtful judgement, while remaining calm under pressure
  • First Aid Training and Driver's license an asset
