Preschool Teacher (EEC Certified)
Location: The Learning Experience – Andover, MA
Pay: $22–$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Andover is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team of dedicated early childhood educators. Our preschool classrooms provide a fun, engaging environment where children develop the confidence, independence, and foundational skills they need for kindergarten and beyond.

What You'll Do
  • Lead engaging preschool classroom activities using The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum
  • Foster early literacy, math, science, creativity, and social-emotional development through hands-on learning
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and organized classroom where every child can thrive
  • Guide children through daily routines, learning centers, outdoor play, and transitions
  • Observe children's developmental progress and communicate regularly with families
  • Collaborate with fellow educators and center leadership to provide exceptional early childhood education
  • Maintain compliance with all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety standards
Qualifications
  • Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required

  • Previous preschool classroom experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred
