Exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Sales professional to join our fast-growing team!

Senior LIFE PACE is seeking a Regional Manager of Census Development to support census growth across our Western and Central PA markets.

This role will work closely with the Director of Census Development to provide hands-on support to local enrollment teams across multiple locations. We are looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves, work alongside the team in the field, drive results, and help identify opportunities for growth and improvement.


  • Support census growth with a focus on driving referrals, intakes, and enrollments
  • Work directly with team members in the field to provide coaching, guidance, and support
  • Conduct ride-alongs and field visits to observe performance and provide real-time feedback
  • Identify local marketing and referrals development opportunities within each market
  • Help identify performance issues and work with team members to improve results
  • Review pipelines, referral activity, and conversion metrics to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Assist in developing action plans for underperforming markets and team members
  • Support onboarding and training of new hires
  • Bring forward new marketing ideas, referral strategies, and growth opportunities
  • Identify barriers impacting census performance and help develop solutions
  • Help drive consistency and best practices across all markets
  • Serve as an additional resource to the field and provide day-to-day support to team
  • This is a hands-on role that requires someone willing to be in the field, work alongside the team & lead by example

  • Experience in healthcare sales, business development, census development, or sales leadership required
  • Prior experience coaching and developing sales/outreach staff preferred
  • Strong understanding of relationship-based sales and referral development
  • Ability to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and implement improvement strategies
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and support multiple locations
