We are seeking a strategic, results-driven marketing leader to join our U.S. team as Senior Manager of Marketing. In this role, you will provide senior-level leadership and oversight of all U.S. marketing initiatives designed to drive revenue growth, enrollment expansion, brand positioning, and meaningful engagement with the field and customers. You will own the U.S. marketing strategy, annual marketing calendar, and campaign execution roadmap in alignment with company objectives, regional direction, and sales priorities. Serving as the primary marketing strategist for the U.S. market, you will translate company and regional objectives into actionable, data-informed marketing plans that support customer acquisition, retention, and increased Brand Partner productivity. You will ensure all campaigns, product launches, promotions, recognition programs, and events are cohesive, impactful, and optimized for growth. This role provides direct leadership to the manager of marketing operations and the communication specialist and requires strong partnership with sales leadership, regional marketing, and cross-functional teams. You will serve as a strategic advisor, ensuring alignment between marketing planning and field execution while maintaining brand consistency and operational excellence across all U.S. marketing initiatives.
  • Provide forward-looking marketing insights and recommendations based on performance data, market trends, and competitive analysis
  • Oversee pre- and post-campaign performance analysis to measure impact, optimize future initiatives, and improve return on investment
  • Ensure consistent, compelling messaging and positioning across all communication channels
  • Lead customer marketing strategy and execution, including advertising initiatives, informational and educational assets, and creative campaigns designed to drive customer purchases, increase brand engagement, and strengthen long-term customer loyalty
  • Guide development of marketing tools, assets, and resources that empower Brand Partners to effectively promote products and the business opportunity
  • Oversee and guide public relations initiatives, including media outreach, press opportunities, brand storytelling, and reputation management to strengthen market presence and brand credibility
  • Make decisions and solve problems by evaluating businessobjectives, performance data, and market insights todeterminestrategic direction
  • Organize, planning, and prioritize work by managing timelines, cross-functional dependencies, and multiple concurrent initiatives
What You Will Need
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including strategy development, team management, and experience within direct-selling or network marketing environments
  • Proven experience developing annual marketing plans and leading integrated campaign strategies
  • Experience collaborating with regional or global marketing teams to localize initiatives for specific markets
  • Strong ability to work closely with sales teams to align marketing strategy to revenue growth objectives
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into strategic direction and actionable plans
  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to guide creative development, review assets, and ensure brand consistency
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
