Job description

As a Manager of Clinical Services at Spire School, you'll lead a collaborative team of clinicians to build a safe, supportive, and integrated therapeutic learning environment where students can thrive. In this role, you will shape clinical strategy, strengthen partnerships with families and districts, and ensure every student receives coordinated, high-quality care aligned with their educational goals.

What You’ll Need

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work

  • Valid LCSW in Connecticut for at least five years

  • Active 071 School Social Work certification

  • At least five years of clinical leadership experience managing staff and programs

  • Deep expertise in child and adolescent mental health within an educational setting

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and supervise a team of clinicians while providing mentorship and clinical guidance

  • Oversee care coordination to ensure alignment with IEP goals and student needs

  • Manage admissions including evaluations, referrals, and placement decisions

  • Develop and implement clinical programming, crisis response, and intervention strategies

  • Partner with educators, families, and community providers to support student success
